The Korowa Anglican Girls' Senior School Redevelopment, which included a new Visual Arts Centre, a VCE Centre, and new Library and Information Resources Centre, was officially opened on 13 September 2006 by the Director of the National Gallery of Victoria, Dr Gerard Vaughan. The Centre is an elegant refurbishment with breathtaking views to three points of the compass, extending from the city right across the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The new Visual Arts Centre features four large studios, a dark room, kiln room, sculpture room, a multimedia lab, lecture room, and staff room. With excellent natural light, ample gallery space and an exceptional range of facilities, Principal Christine Jenkins says the Visual Arts Centre has already inspired the creative talents of Korowa students and staff alike. "Our students are drawn to the space and stimulated by the light that pours in. We are delighted to be able to offer such an advanced facility to students and staff, whether it is painting, photography, drawing, ceramics, multimedia or sculpture that they are pursuing."

On two other levels, the VCE Centre and new Library were established. The VCE Centre for Years 11 and 12 includes a café, study and tutorial spaces, an Auditorium and Careers Centre, as well as a secure locker area and lounge spaces. These can also double up as a meeting area for informal year level gatherings.

The integrated Library and Information Resources Centre contains large open plan areas for class open learning as well as quiet reading areas and audiovisual viewing. An archive department and computer service centre for student assistance are located in adjacent spaces.
