A registered architect, Kirk has over 20 years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex, large-scale developments. He most recently led a team on the design, documentation and delivery of a large mixed-use development which was awarded a 6* NZGBC Green Star rating for Design and Built, showcasing world leadership in sustainability. He is currently leading the team on another commercial development which is targeting a 6* NZGBC Green Star rating as well as a WELL pre-certification rating and carbon neutral certification.
