Stephanie Donigi

Stephanie is an Australian-trained architect of East Sepik heritage. She has significant architectural experience working on projects in Melanesia and has strong design documentation and management skills which have seen her as the project architect on award-winning buildings in Australia. Stephanie maintains a strong interest in the art and architectural traditions of Papua New Guinea. 

She undertook research of the architectural traditions of the East Sepik as part of her University studies. She continues to explore and develop Pacific art traditions through her involvement with the Pacific Women’s Weaving Circle and maintains involvement with community organisations such as the Pasifika Womens Alliance and PNG Federation Queensland, including their Independence Day events.

Stephanie is an experienced Project Architect with a strong vision for the future of architectural design in Papua New Guinea.
