Two Architectus Auckland projects have received Excellence Awards at the 2011 New Zealand Property Council Awards. Telecom Place in Auckland was awarded in the Commercial Office Property section, and New Lynn Station in the Special Purpose section. A merit award in the Special Purpose category was received for the Aotea Square Redevelopment.
