David was one of the earliest members of Architectus Melbourne which was founded in 1978, and is now the Managing Director of Architectus Melbourne and Sydney. David has been instrumental in the continual development of the business and has a significant role in practice administration. He has a very client focused approach and is often called upon by clients to give strategic advice on all aspects relating to property development.
David is highly experienced in major project design and delivery. Project involvement has included the preparation of project briefs, feasibility studies, design, urban design, documentation, and contract administration. He has wide ranging experience in commercial, leisure, educational, aviation, civic and master planning projects. His extensive experience gives him an edge in terms of team organisation and consultant knowledge, skills which are greatly appreciated by all Architectus clients.
