James is an architect with over 11 years experience working with Architectus in New Zealand and with Engelenmoore in Sydney. He combines a broad range of experience in design and implementation of projects ranging from residential to urban design.
Over a period of 9 years spent working with Architectus, James has been project architect on a number of institutional projects for a wide range of client and user groups including The University of Auckland, Waitakere City Council and ARTA (Auckland Regional Transport Authority). He also has similar experience on several private projects including two large developments in the CBD.
James' particular area of expertise is in the development and delivery of projects. Through working with a number of large institutional clients James has gained extensive experience in briefing and design development, client group liaison, documentation and co-ordination of the various project consultants. He also has extensive experience administering projects on site.
