Ray has extensive expertise in architectural practices within both public and private sector practices. His experience covers a diverse range of architectural projects, both as a team member responsible for document production and as a project team leader responsible for project delivery.
Ray's experience includes the role of national coordinator responsible for the development and implementation of standard drawing practices, standard specification clauses, document production procedures, quality management systems and information technology practices within national multidiscipline practices.
As production manager within the Architectus Brisbane practice Ray has placed a strong emphasis on the use of technology and quality management systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of production processes.
