Stephen has 20 years' experience on a wide range of projects for private, commercial, educational, and government clients. He has worked as the team leader on many large projects including the Qantas Sydney Distribution Centre and Amcor Glass Bottle Manufacturing Plant. Many of his larger projects have involved the design and construct delivery method, where he has managed the architectural process. As an all rounder, Stephen has worked on many different building types, including large industrial developments, aged care facilities, educational, and infrastructure projects.
In the past, Stephen has managed both CAD and IT management in the Melbourne office and now oversees these functions. He has a keen interest in developing efficient ways of delivering projects and has had a significant role in developing standardised procedures.
